Cross Country

Peacehaven Run Club are affiliated to the two main leagues in the area, the Sussex League and the East Sussex League.

Each season there are between four and six cross country events in each league.

Individuals score points in the league from their finishing position at each race, and also score points for their team.  Scoring details are on the individual league websites.  In the East Sussex League, Peacehaven Run Club are in a composite team with Seaford Striders, Polegate Plodders, Seafront Shufflers and Tri Tempo.

Cross country is a great way to motivate your winter training and keep your race chops up through winter.

Winter miles mean summer smiles!
