PEACEHAVEN RUN CLUB
Welcome to Peacehaven Run Club, founded in 2024. Our core aims are to be member-led, social and transparent. And, yes, getting better at running too.
Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or a novice looking to dip your toes into the world of running, you'll find a place among us.
We meet every Monday, Thursday and Friday at 6:30 pm and Tuesday mornings at 6am. These runs aren't just about logging miles; they're about forging connections, sharing success, and supporting one another on our individual journeys.

Here is a breakdown of our sessions / paces ​

Monday
Group 2: 4.5-5 miles @ 8:30-9.30 minute miles
Group 3: 3.5- 4.5 miles @ 8:30-9.30 minute miles
Group 4: 3- 4 miles @ 11:00-13:00 minute miles

Tuesday AM
3-4 miles @ 10:00-11:00 minute miles / 6:11-8:30 minute km

Tuesday Grindhouse
A weekly intermediate - advanced session for runners looking to push themselves over 6+ miles of quality work. Sessions vary each week - from hill reps to 400s, 800s, 1k repeats & so on. This is a self-guided session (not leader-led), with the workout posted the night before in our whatsapp group.

Thursday
Group 1: 5.5-6+ miles @ 7:30-8.30 minute miles
Group 2: 5-6 miles @ 8:30-9.30 minute miles
Group 3: 4-5 miles @ 9:30-10.30 minute miles
Group 4: 3- 4 miles @ 11:00-13:00 minute miles

Friday
These are our weekly sessions which focus on building your speed and fitness whether it be hill repeats, distanced based session or time based. We do these sessions as a group but at individual paces, if you want to go all out or take it easy - these sessions are for everyone.
