​What is parkrun?
Parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. Parkrun is a collection of 5-kilometre events for all abilities that take place every Saturday morning at more than 2,000 locations in 22 countries across five continents.

Our local event - Peacehaven Parkrun​
We like to support our local parkrun and have a team pacing day where the club get together and give back to the local community. ​​​

Once a month we like to organise a parkrun for us all to meet together, run as a club, and have a coffee and natter afterwards.
