Club Runs
We meet every Monday, Thursday and Friday at 6:30pm. Our meeting location can vary dependent on weather and planned route so please keep an eye on our socials for weekly meeting updates!
Monday
Group A: 4-4.5 miles @ 9:00-10.30 minute miles / 5:37-6:31 minute km
Group B: 3-3.5 miles @ 11:00-13:00 minute miles / 6:49-8:30 minute km

Tuesday
3-4 miles @ 10:00-11:00 minute miles / 6:11-8:30 minute km

Thursday
Group A: 5-6 miles @ 08:30-09:30 minute miles / 5:16-5:53 minute km
Group B: 4-4.5 miles @ 10:00-11:00 minute miles / 6:11-8:30 minute km
Group C: 3-3.5 miles @ 11:00-13:00 minute miles / 6:49-8:30 minute km

Friday
These are our weekly sessions which focus on building your speed and fitness whether it be hill repeats, distanced based session or time based. We do these sessions as a group but at individual paces, if you want to go all out or take it easy - these sessions are for everyone.
Sunday Run Squad:
This is arranged weekly by members going out on their Sunday long run who are wanting company to run with. Paces vary depending who is running that day. This is not a led session, simply people getting together to run and is typically arranged in our club WhatsApp Group.
