We meet every Monday, Thursday and Friday at 6:30pm. Our meeting location can vary dependent on weather and planned route so please keep an eye on our socials for weekly meeting updates!
Monday Night Social Run:

These are our recovery runs and are designed to be a more relaxed pace.

Run group A - 9:30/mi - 10:30/mi
Run group B - 11:00/mi - 12:30/mi

​Thursday Night Social Run:

These are our busiest and most popular sessions of the week. We mix the routes up between road, trails and hills.

Run group B - 10:30/mi - 11:00/mi
Run group C - 11:30/mi - 13:30/mi

Friday Night Quality Sessions:

These sessions are key to getting quicker, perfecting form and boosting overall performance. Each week these sessions vary from intervals, sprints, hills etc. They are at your own pace surrounded by other PRC members.
Sunday Run Squad:
This is arranged weekly by members going out on their Sunday long run who are wanting company to run with. Paces vary depending who is running that day. This is not a led session, simply people getting together to run and is typically arranged in our club WhatsApp Group.
